    I reformatted my Droid Turbo XT 1254 and now I can't get past the Android 6.0.1 setup wizard. I'm getting stuck on the "Connect to Wifi" screen. It's showing my MAC address as 02:00:00:00:00:00 and my Home wifi isn't coming up. The "Skip" button is greyed out and it's forcing me to choose a wifi network to continue, but no wifis are shown. I tried completely reformatting a second time using the Verizon Update thing via Fastboot, but I'm getting stuck on the same wifi screen in the setup wizard. I'm on completely stock (MCG24.251-5-5) and my bootloader is LOCKED. Please help!
